amazon seller tool dirty tricks
 

hello everyone, I have seen some of my competitors on amazon changing the pictures on my listings to a totally different product,they have done it to all my inventory, I know they did not do it manually, and its impossible to change it to the right picture no matter how many times I change the 12 pictures. is there some tool to automatically change the pictures on listings?? id like to get it too.

This is a very common nasty tactic by other sellers. Best off contacting Amazon and reporting the issue, if you cannot sort it yourself.

Have seen this too ... how are they getting the pictures changed? Would think if you did it to somebody and it's clearly an attack, when you're reported you'd be easy to find... :noidea:

They piggy back on all my listings and change the picture to a black blackground to make my listing unsealable and buyers will chose their listings,i change the pictures to the right product and it just doesnt change, i report them to amazon but it seems like a waste of time, because they keep doing it, and amazon doesnt remove the incorrect picture. So they have been attacking forever, so i know they have a tool. Also as soon as i sell something they go and piggy back on that exact listing, they are obsessed with me.

This happened to me too. Reported it to AMZ, the pictures in my edit listing view are way wrong but in the catalog they are fine. I think AMZ can make the catalog picture permanent / only editable by the ASIN holder.
