Competitors leaving negative feedback

I’m an Amazon seller and have been hit by a competitor left me a dirty feedback saying item was countefeit which is false.

Is there any way I can call Amazon and have it removed?

Open a case with them, explain your situation, provide authentic invoices

Should be an easy issue to resolve

I have the authentic invoices, with my real name and address. However the Amazon seller account is a stealth account and won’t match my invoice.

Would it still work? Has anyone tried this before?

Or would I have to photoshop the receipt to match the amazon seller account info?


Or maybe tell them I got it as a gift?

well you can't submit invoices showing different information than whats on the account, otherwise the invoices wouldn't back up the information on your store

there is no way to prove invoice matching the item you sold,some use the same invoice again and again.

Don't tell them you got it as a gift, they don't care.

Change the name and address details on the invoice to match the account information.
