Which state is better for opening a firm to do Amazon FBA, Nevada or Wyoming. I am an European citizen, but I have SSN, because I have worked in the US for a while. My idea is to open the business using an agent without going to the US. Please advise if I need to be cautious for something using an agent for opening a business.

either would be fine check into the fees associated with opening an LLC in both states

a new mexico LLC does not require your name on the state website
