Definitely the zon. Jeff was clever, looked at all ebay's faults and built on them. I think eBay is an example of what not to do. People throw money at amazon for the peace of mind.

I would say Amazon you can make significantly more money, but Amazon and eBay are also different platforms with different pros and cons of each. eBay is much better for certain things (antiques, original items, vintage items, car parts, etc), whereas Amazon is great for moving product quickly using nothing but a stock photo.

There are folks who work for AMZN from October thru April ,it is not as glamorous as AMZN would like you to believe.

In the early days of internet,it is definitely Ebay for collectibles and antiques and AMZN is just for books.
The easy money is gone on EBAY,but there will always be an EBAY ,we are not great savers and Ebay is a place to raise cash to fix the roof,buy medicine and food and pay gas bills,etc. and oldies do have things dealers and indvidual collectors/resellers seek.
Someone once listed a genuine Tiffany Studio Dragon fly stained glass lamp on Ebay for her grand aunt,both dealers and private collectors bidded fiercely,ended at 100,000 plus ,that was years ago,if it is now,it could be twice as much.
You cant get that kind of money on AMZN,altho back then AMZN also held auctions.

Depends on what you sell,if I need electronics,or consumer appliances,new books,I prefer shopping on AMZN,they are just more professional ,on Ebay you see beatup items described as slighlt tarnished ,dinged but does not affect the overrall beauty?/and shipping is not cheap for bulky ,heavy items.
Once I AM Looking for a toaster oven,I ended up buying from WMT,brand new and for less money with free ship,since it is $35.
I dont think EBAY sellers can afford to ship you a t oaster oven for free?
