Buyer accounts automatically under address-verification
 

I’ve tried 4 different accounts, each new vm, three on phone 4g ips the other one dedicated proxy all of them blocked. I’ve used prepaid cards, different kinds blocked, last time I got billing address verification it was from IP address, anyone got any ideas as to why?

must be because of your Proxy provider.
Did you make purchases right after you created the accounts?

Are you adding gift cards at all?

What is the country issuing VCC?

I'd imagine based on your info that its the prepaid card, and probably a non-usa one

Prepaid card issued within the USA, I think it might be the ips though, because these emails are catch-alls

I'm having the same problem. I'm using Prepaid cards, some bought from this site, some bought locally in the US. Adding gift cards all bought locally. Accounts are getting closed. Is there any tips to keep accounts open. I'm not letting them sit, how long should they? I'm not even getting any kind of verification, they are just locked out with the "incorrect password", please pm me any tips.

Yes, it normal and it very old.

just send them statement and it will be activated. Because you have used your credit or debit card. That's why they asked for that.

If you would have used Giftcard, that wouldnt been happened

Have you guys tried using your own legit debit/credit cards?

I have yet to see this issue with people using their real cards. Not prepaid, not GCs

Strong belief it has to do with purchase threshold on newish accounts. For me, order of 30$ went through without an issue, got charged. Placed an order of 50$ and got blocked. Letting them sit for 3 days before placing the first order is also crucial.

My experience has been daily orders all the way up to $100 are OK for the first week. I always do a small first order of $10 or so just to see if it passes the initial test if it will ship or not. Sometimes on new accounts you get that email right away saying "your order cannot be shipped" and they require verification. Once past that first order I have no issues with daily orders.

Probably issue with your IP or address you are using. are you using clean IPs? I was facing same issue for a while.

New accounts are super sensitive for first orders. This is what Amazon has changed with new accounts in past few weeks. You have to grow the value of orders gradually. I always place a first order for some biro or something like that, less than 5$. Next day I place an order for something worth 25$ - 30$. You wait a couple of days then threshold is 50$. Etc etc.

It's not like it was before were with a new account you just had to wait a couple of days and then could place an order for a 100$ no problem.

I'm wondering if they treat aged accounts from a few years ago the same way, even if no orders were placed in a long time.

They definitely do. Limits are close to none on 5 year old + accounts. On newer accounts, you just have to ramp up. Always act the way a legitimate user would act.

I agree they tend to treat older accounts with prior similar (to what you want to do now) history totally differently than a new fresh account.

In fact if anyone has some older Amazon buyer accounts (with normal buying activity) they want to sell, PM me.

I have tons, but facing the same issues. My account did last longer than new, but still getting shutdown, old accounts I was bringing back and paying for prime with.

Accounts that had done ~ 20k in purchasing over a year or so.

Hit and miss mostly. It's just luck at this point in my opinion. Most get stuck on first order but also happens at second order and third order.

I have a feeling it is coming from my IPs. Previously, worked with NORDVPN dedicated IPs without any problems but now they are getting blocked. Also used datacenter IPs (I know that is frowned upon on this forum).

Having said that, I will try switching to mobile data IP and refreshing via airplane mode

I've been using mobile hotspot IP and I am still getting AVS email or shadow blocked.

The item I am buying is an Amazon rental so I think that is a particularly hot item that they are watching for unusual behavior.

My next step is to get a new address and new computer and try again.

I can usually get a single order of a single item delivered but, that is all.

Rental items don't allow gift cards you must use a Visa/mastercard/Discover or Amex branded card.

I have been using Amex gift cards and Mastercard virtual cards issued by my real credit card.

The rental items range from $20-$40.

NordVPN has been blacklisted by amazon, as confirmed by them. Stay away from it.
