Hi Amazon,
The Root cause of our recent suspensions is admittedly not fully understanding the deadlines and shipping services of our carriers while continually increasing our sales by adding new ASINS.
Going forward, we are going to have prime USPS packages ready for pickup by 2pm.
Going forward if that pickup does not happen by 4:30pm, we will hand deliver them so they arrive at our local post office by 6pm to ensure they are processed the same day.
Going forward we are now aware of the following deadlines:
USPS Priority Express must be received by 5pm.
USPS Priority and first class by 6pm
UPS 2 day and Next day 8pm.
During our recent suspension, we did try to rectify a late carrier pickup by re-purchasing labels using Priority Express for pick up following day. Because Priority Express is a 2 day service, that caused our metrics to drop on those orders. If we had followed the above POA, we would of shipped using UPS 2 day and dropped off the packages by 8pm. In this event, the packages would of been shipped on-time, and delivered on time.
