Pq-seller asking for invoices

My account is suspended and I received invoice request from pq-seller-assessment@amazon.com. But my products don’t have brands, and they are print on demand products. How can i get invoices? Any one experienced this problem before?

Your account has been suspended because you listed an item which might be branded or anything.

Once they asked for invoice, you must need to submit them a PLAN and a Invoices, detail of the product to that email.

Once they get that they usually reinstate the account in 2 hours.

Try submitting invoices and I believe it should be fine

I dont do it, but Amazon does allow print on demand items as I have browsed items like that. The problem is the invoice requests are done by a bot so you'll need to convince a human that they are print on demand items.

Yes, I would recommend that you start off with speaking with seller support first and explain to them that its an unbranded product.
