adding a bank account on amazon
 

hello to everybody.

i need to know if i could add my friends bank account to my amazon account.

does it need to be my account? ( under my name)

i already signed up with amazon and i am selling already but i need to add a bank account to get paid.

i cant use my own bank account since the amazon account is under a f.a.k..e name. i was thinking in adding somebody elses account.

please help me.

They don't look at the name, can't. Federal law. Just get a new account number you haven't used before.

Yeah, you'll be fine. If you think about it, either way, the names don't match. You'd have a 50% chance either way if that's what they looked at. But they don't. Federal law prohibits it, strictly.

that is right either way the name wont match.

what if they ask for the billing address when i am entering the bank account?

if i use mine. then i will have to use the already suspended billing address.

if i use a friends it is a different address.

anyway i dont know if they will ask for the address. i will try it tomorrow.

Who else has noticed that the recent Amazon threads are bringing in a lot of newbies to this forum. They found this forum by searching Google for Amazon.

That's good forum optimization from posting.

Bad cause they mostly care about Amazon and may not support the forum.

They will ask for a credit card, but you will never have to enter in any info on your bank account since they can't verify it anyway.

No_ID: I guess this is just a consequence of Amazon's latest suspension spree.
