Selling the Same Brand Name/Private Label after Getting Suspended
 

Hi everyone,

We run several ecommerce hemp businesses, and our amazon accounts recently got suspended due to their belief that our product contains CBD.

We sell our CBD line on our ecommerce sites, and were selling our hemp line on Amazon. Our brand is relatively popular in the CBD space, so we were using our brand recognition to drive sales on Amazon as well.

My question is, is there any way we can include our brand name in our Amazon products if were to launch a stealth shop? Or does Amazon flag brand names as well when suspending accounts?

You can do private label with stealth shops, no problem.

Brand registry I'm not entirely sure as of July 2019

YOu can use the amazon ghost to create a new account and offer your brand, but not with brand registry. You need to be very clear about the CBD part, even then there's always a risky of getting your account shut down due to the products you're offering.
