LLC accounting and other fees
 

Hello, can you tell me how much are the costs annually for accounting, reports, taxes, etc. I am just starting to gather information to open an LLC and any info for costs of any kind will be greatly appreciated.

Your question is impossible to answer. There is nearly an unlimitted amount of factors into how much a company will pay in taxes. How the money was made, who the owners are, where they reside, how the company chooses to be taxes, how many members and where they reside in an LLC. Then of course, how you operate and what your expenses are how how you spend the income. Of course what state effects local taxes and any other possible fees. Many, many, many factors come into play. It is possible to never pay any taxes and it is quite possible to have more than 50% total taxes.

I agree with the above statement.

That's a really big question. I'd say go to a CPA and have a discussion.
