Shipping to Amazon USA from the UK
 

Hey guys,

I recently opened a Amazon USA account.

I want to ship my products directly from the UK to the Amazon warehouses in the USA.

Can anyone shed some light on the process - In the UK its simple I just create an order and drop the package off at a local drop off point.

yOU NEED to find out from AMZN,we are not AMZN,if we give you incorrect information,you could lose your shipment

Ship to me, with FBA labels and ill just drop them off.

You are free to ask and anyone can give you their advice,it is up to you to evaluate these advices ,but no one is going to compensate you if you lose your shipment.
There is another thread where someone shipped to AMZN FBA and ran into trouble.

where would he get the FBA label if he ships to you?
if he ships his items to you,wont you be his FBA instead of AMZN?
There are other companies which would do the same but cost you less.
Shipping from UK to USA is not that expensive and mail is pretty reliable,why use FBA?

Unless he is talking high volume?
Why pay AMZN ,there is monthly fee for storage,fee for packing and shipping and fee for disposal?

Have you gone through the US amazon shop / FBA section? From what I remember its pretty straight forward and they will provide the info/labels to ship in the products.

I have never done UK to US fulfillment though, but I can't imagine it being any different than US to US fulfillment

I am assuming OP is sourcing his products in USA,not UK and ask the vendor to send the goods to AMZN FBA .
Someone once posted here he used a different service for storage,packing and shipping and another service to dispose his remainders ,2 separate companies.
AMZN FBA does not find you a liquidator,it will either dispose or return them, back to you.
Most small sellers do not need any FBA,we just use our garage,spare room,living room,closets,dining table etc,or even rent a storage.
