Wow! You could be right. The changes that Amazon is required to make are set to occur in about 2 weeks. So maybe they are proactively slowing or stopping the creation of new accounts until they figure out how to deal with suspending sellers with proper notice.

I have also created several accounts starting from middle of June, all have been putted to review and around half of them received the POA messages while I've received the "we are still reviewing my account.... etc." for the rest.

I could only have 3 out of 14 reactivated in 45 days which is very low rate comparing to the normal.

Since June, I have 3 out of 20.

I thought I might have fixed it today.. but no , got reviewed/suspended.

I did send the a utility bill for one, last time I wrote on here. 4 or 5 days ago. They haven't got back to me. The review wait seems to be 30 days now.

I'm gonna try two more tomorrow and see.. last two ideas..
The cards we're using I think are the same. So they could be flagging it. But I'm thinking new accounts need to be put on ice for 30 days prior to launching the seller account. Or perhaps Amazon might fix this bs soon.

Help answer the following guys..

1. Could it be the cards?
2. Could it be the call forwarding numbers? Where does everyone get thier numbers from.
Gotophone? Evoice? I even used 2 sim phone numbers.. so that can't be it..
3. When you sign up for Amazon USA do you guys use US ips? Or in ur home country? I used both USA and uk and it's a no go.
4. Could it be the docs? I used both UK and USA and it's a no go.. they normally work. Making sure metadata is removed.
5. Real person or ⊗⊗⊗⊗? I used both , along with generated and real docs. No go..
6. Real address that matches name or ⊗⊗⊗⊗.. I used both and no go.
7. Windows users or VMware.. I used both... VMware seems to actually allow me to send the docs to them��
8. Amazon keeps a lil file somewhere in Java or flash, can't remember, but perhaps it's linking something.. but I used 2 new computers, one activated right away and one didn't ..

Okay took 12 hrs to make 1 account.. and double checked and analyzed every bit. And went about creating the account in a different way. They took the docs and hopefully I'll hear from them in a few hours. Heading to sleep and will let you guys know tomorrow morning..

Same thing happening to me! None of my accounts get through I get suspended immediately without even listing anything yet! And on top of that they've suspended the account I've had since ages!! Amazon has gone mad!

But someone on a different thread stated he opened 1 out of 3 business accounts . They did require this and that doc... So I don't know.. I tried opening a couple of pro accounts and it didn't work.

When signing up, it doesn't even require you to enter tax info.. so they're definitely fking around with something.

I also sent them a utility bill after it got reviewed and closed on 2 accounts. One has been about 2 weeks and another 1 week. No response from them, but will check later today.

The final account I did 4 days ago where I took extra care with everything got suspended too.

utility bill review has relaxed a little and is i have noticed it easier to bypass/reactivate this than a couple of weeks ago....

There was a time around 1-2 months ago where for me it was very hard...
now it seems easier

Its all about the docs

I know registration verification's are taking much longer than usual across Amazon worldwide right now! they really putting the hammer down for account creation. I think this phase will pass in next coming weeks..

Yeah I have noticed significantly higher pass rates too

It seems like enough people complained

But there are still new threads popping up on the amazon boards with I'm assuming legit people going through the same problems

Hopefully it continues to improve over the next month

but I format it before
always the most experienced here in the forum said
formatting Pc before creating a new store
would everything be all right?

this rule no longer holds
Is that the reason for these automatic suspensions?

no they do not need a utility all the time, normally ID front and back and a bank/credit card statement.

1) VCC's from one seller usually have the same BIN numbers, thats why I always change VCC sellers to get different BIN numbers on my cards. Sometimes card numbers are identical except one last digit. I've opened nearly a hundred Ets* shops and confirmed that some of the accounts were linked because of VCC number. You can use online tool BINLIST to check where your cards are issued from.
