We are reviewing your Amazon.com seller account
 
Hi, I created Amazon seller account and it went into review. Amazon asking for Documents like Utility bill etc

I submitted a passport copy and Bank statement. My account was activated

After 15 days I account again got suspended and I received the same email asking for a Utility bill.

What should I do
What is the best solution?

Provide everything Amazon have requested, dont take any shortcuts.

If they don't accept the information you provide, assuming you provided everything, all you can do is try again on a new shop

Everyone is dealing with the same problem

Is there a reason they don’t accept documents???

Like a set of criteria? How can it be a random coin flip it sounds ridiculous for a billion dollar company to carry out procedures like that

is sometimes a manual review so be depend on person who see the paper

I read on the Amazon seller forums that they are being stringent on new sellers for the upcoming Q4 holiday season.

Maybe this could be the reason?

Amazon Reactivated the seller account.
They requested me the same documents and I uploaded. They again sent me an email asking for Greater detail etc.

I submitted that and they reactivated. No utility submitted

The problem is in the security automated system on amazons end. They need to fix it otherwise they will continue to flag shops for no apparent reason. My belief is they are limiting the amount of sellers they want registered currently.

If you google the suspension/review email, and modify the settings to show last 30 days of history, you'll see countless people posting on the amazon discussion forums the same problem. Mind you these are people probably registering with their real information, so its not related to stealth accounts.
