Amazon Un-gating Services
 

Has anyone actually paid to have an amazon category ungated?

I have seen a half dozen un-gating serves offered from $400-$1,000.

Interested in the Topicals and OTC Meds un-gating.

If you're talking about those "agencies" outside of this forum, they typically do what everyone ddoes.

I never use those services because they are hit or miss which I can do myself

OK this will show just how amateur I am at this, but.. here goes...
I am looking to get Topical approval. Most everything I sell now is an imported product from France or Germany.. and I have zero idea how to even begin to find find a USA distributor... let alone one that would be willing to work with a small fry like me? Any suggestions...?

i have several contacts that i have used myself before, 100% guranteed, and work good

depends what brand, category, sometimes new accoutns are unable to get ungated for certain brands

Be careful using services outside of aspkin

Research and try to determine how they are doing the approval

If they're using ⊗⊗⊗⊗ invoices, then there is a risk of suspension

You'll want to find services that work with vendors to get the approval as legit as possible

Always try finding first how they are going to approach Amazon, to get a basic idea of their strategy.

Most of the times, you might just be able to do it yourself.

Also, look at the discussions on Amazon Seller Forums to understand the processes for various commodities.

I absolutely think its technically something I could do myself, however, having issues finding legit suppliers to purchase the products with neccessary documents. Can anyone ANYONE help me in this arena?!
