Buyer Account and Seller Account out !
 
Amazon has suspended my buyer account for verification of payment information (I used the same card as another account). But now the seller account is not reachable. I always get an incorrect password error. The strange thing is that it is not suspended ... I am making sales and the emails arrive and I see it active on the Amazon app. How to do ?

If you are going through the password reset loop and its not working, the shop is closed/blocked.

The buyer shop may still be open, but if they are asking for payment information it seems like it was flagged like many other people are reporting

So you cannot access your account from a desktop but you can from the AZ App?

But sounds like they are deleting your account. Call them up and ask.

Have you faxed the info requested? Also call Buyer support. You might need to get the original account working again that was locked before you can work on this account.

Sorry but do not listen to above. Your account is not deleted. The buyer side has been locked and will need to be unlocked.

Again, have you followed the directions in the original email? Sometimes that is not enough and you need to call buyer support.

The situation is this:

buyer account (⊗⊗⊗⊗) suspended and I can't verify it ask me for a fax with bank references

Seller account active but not accessible

why do I say it's active?
Why looking on Amazon Shopping app I see my products for sale..

So it's not suspended or deleted... but inaccessible due to the buyer account issue

any ideas?
If I don't unlock the buyer account, do I lose the seller?

in your experience, if I don't unlock the buyer account I lost that seller too?

or are things not connected?

I should be able to change the mail... I think the lock is on the mail (the same as the buyer account)

Yes because the two are essentially the same account, it wont let you into any part of amazon.

Do not worry about what they are asking. Just call buyer CS and say you sent the requested info and they will review your account and most likely just send another random template that will be different request lol.

Or your only other option is to keep moving up the chain with seller support to find someone to know how to fix this but it will be easiest to fix using buyer support.

I suggest calling seller support asap and seeing if they can put your account on vacation..

Same issue. I sent all requested info and they just don’t reply, has anyone solved this issue before

Yes, it's literally a hit or a miss. you can keep trying the docs they requested, or just give up. As they often don't respond, but if you go through with their cs they often do respond with the generic template, which you have to respond to.

I've had accounts that were reopened and still work to this day.


it's a 50/50.

Do you email the team or do you call in everyday until they email you?

Or is it better to fax requested info daily and call saying it’s sent?
