Buyer Accounts - Pay by invoice?

As most of you know, Amazon implemented new feature to "pay by invoice" in certain countries. Essentially, this avoids having to key in a VCC which has AVS, which for me is the largest difficulty in buyer accounts.

With pay by invoice, do you risk multiple buyer accounts getting linked if the invoices are to be paid from different bank accounts belonging to the same owner?

No this is not Amazon business. This is a service which is being offered to some countries in the EU. You just select pay by invoice on checkout:
