Amazon Faux Utility Bill
 

I need a Faux utility bill to send to Amazon to have a buyer account unlocked (not in my name), although the account used 100% legitimate gift cards and was locked. Anyone have experience with this or can provide advice?

P.S - There is a large sum of money on this account and gift card balances, so I am not going down without a fight, especially when the gift cards were bought directly from Amazon.com.

They asked for utility bill for buyer account? Or do you mean card statement?

Yeah, I've seen them ask for a copy of your credit card statement, but never a utility bill for a buyer account. So please confirm that.

I'm also curious if anyone has ever seen Amazon ask for a copy of a driver's license or passport to verify a buyer account?

Yes i have gotten the request for a passport after a few months amazon uk said they wanted it as it was a more reliable form of identity

Yes, I am going to modify the utility bill as suggested in these forums. To confirm, yes, I was asked to show photo ID or a utility bill for an Amazon Buyer account. This was an account registered with a VCC with fictitious information. The order was flagged after placing a high value order with gift cards with little order history.

Yes I had to send in a cable bill 1-2 years ago.

I wonder if they verify the bill number or account number or anything like that.

Majority of the time they do not, they just check the information on the utility matches the account information

This was an incredibly authentic looking utility bill, should pass but still waiting after 4 days.
