Create Bank Account name use my nickname before and can't provide Government ID Now

I am from china, The amazon have blocked my account and ask me provide the Government ID of "Kim Yang" which i created this Bank Account name on payoneer to receive payment from amazon. This is my nickname and not my real name so i can't provide, is there any one know how to fix this problem ?

If you provided payoneer your ID to create the bank account, can't you use the same ID to provide to Amazon?
