Hello,

I've created few seller accounts on AMZ from the beginning of June, but all of them went into the review, and since June I could only reinstate 2 accounts of them, while I've received a similar automated message on the rest of them says "We are still reviewing your account. We will send you an email when we finish the review.", it has been over a month for some of them, I've contacted the Performance again, but they kept sending either the same message, or other automated messages about "we were unable to verify the documents as they're missing pages", but they've sent the first message for the most of them.

I know they weren't accepting the most of the new accounts since over a month because of the 2 Prime days, but the prime has finished over 2 weeks ago, and I'm still receiving that message each time I send to them asking for any updates.

Are you facing the same issue ? and is there any way solve it ?

So basically they are not accepting the docs you gave them.


Make more accounts in the mean time is my suggestion

Have you been able to reinstate new accounts during the last 30 days ?

Yes we have been able to. Amazon right now is a mess and they are delaying a lot of the reviews, but we are still passing them.

Hopefully in the next week to month they will fix the glitch/problem causing peoples accounts to get flagged for additional review
