just think it means that they cannot suspend permanently without giving you a 30 day notice...

Taking them to court etc wont make much different as most peoples accounts are stealth...

Yeah seems more related to just blatantly closing peoples shops and taking their funds/inventory

but these changes
will make it very difficult
the creation of new stores

they will be much stricter
they will have to assume the damage ...

I am pretty sure what Amazon will do now is just hold the funds while you get 30 days to appeal and can't sell. You aren't suspended but can't sell. They will find a way to make themselves the gods.

It means nothing unless you are in germany. This is strictly PR and to abide with the new germany law.

amazon is not giving u.s sellers 30 days notice. lol are you kidding me. I am not saying they will not rewrite their terms across all sites but this really means nothing.

I got 1000 on it.

This is bad news not good. The federal cartel authority in Germany were capable of much more, but they agreed to let Amazon get away in return for nothing.

Amazon is rigging the system 24/7 against all sellers by selling and placing its own products on top of search results even though these products are sometimes not as good as the products sold by 3rd party sellers.

What does the 30-days notice before suspension really do/mean?!! They should have forced Amazon to change its rules with respect to predatory suspensions.


Anyway, I guess the trillion dollar company will always get a way with a slap on the wrist (If that amounts to a slap in the first place).

All this is meaningless for sellers

Amazon will always hold funds. So if you get another 30 days to sell while they investigate, they will steal your disbursement when it’s big enough

Hopefully the FTC investigation will do something about it... who knows!
