Amazon Document Request "Statues (by-laws/articles of association)"
 

Hi guys,

so Amazon is requesting a business document:

They ask for Statues (by-laws/articles of association) of a UK Ltd. company.

Within the conditions for the document, they state the following:

Submitted Statutes should contain "Articles of Association", "Memorandum of Association" and "Statement of Capital/Annual Return/Share allotment document."

Is this just basically the file you can download from the companieshouse website under "Documents filed"?

Does anybody have some experience with that?
