How much does the location of the VM or IP address matter when creating a new Amazon buyer account? Does a service like IPBurger allow you to choose a location for your VM when registering? How specific is their geolocation?

Amazon is top notch when it comes to detecting "stealth users".

Personally I think you'd be destined for failure if you were to use anything other than residential IP's.

Should I use residential IPs, they wouldn’t be static. Would Amazon flag an account that logged in from a new IP address each session? It is also my opinion that IP address is part of the flagging system but not used as a sole measure. Imagine how many legit Amazon users use the same IP address (schools, offices, cafes)

But on the same note imagine how many real Amazon users are logging in with a different IP every time because they're on their phone.

I think non-static residential IP's (in roughly the same area) are better than DC VPN's any day.

Right but rotating residential in a close proximity is not possible without paying top dollar and why not just go static at that point?

I'm just speculating trying to point you in the right direction but I don't have any answers. I read this forum all the time and everyone says Amazon is a lot more strict about detecting and shutting down VPN users than eBay is.

Rotating IPs in close proximity would be possible for the cost of a cheap data plan, wouldn't it? Mobile IP's probably aren't as strong as residential IP's but they have to be better than DC IP's.

Mobile hotspots work just as well, and they're not that expensive
