Amazon retaliatory actions?
 

Story:

2 years ago account was suspended. Appealed but was not reinstated.

1. My question is if I attempt to create a new account but am closed down again, can Amazon take any retaliatory legal action or am I being paranoid?

2. For example, can they attempt to contact my bank to get my bank account shut down, or other legal means to hold me legally liable for trying to circumvent their rules/regulations?

3. Or would they simply just close down second account and not go any further?

4. Has anyone heard of them going beyond just closing down the second account and pursuing legal means against an individual seller?

You do not need to have any legal worries on this matter. Stop smoking so much weed. If you're really worried about it, make an LLC and perform your operation through the LLC.

Do they ask for business licenses for all new accounts? What if the address I put when opening the new account is different than the address I put for the business license?

ID + bank verification upon initial registration

Utility + Business license review within the first week of the shop being open

I finished the tax interview. Then contacted seller support asking them when I should hear back. Do seller support have access to seeing whether accounts are linked, or is that another team inside of seller support?

Do you really think Amazon has the time to pursue you legally for that trivial matter?!

Amazon would only go after someone legally if there is a huge amount of money to be made or if they've been scammed by thousands of dollars.
