Utility Bill address?
 

I run my business out of a relatives house. My legit business has their mailing address. However, the utility bill has their name. Would this be accepted if the utility bill has the correct address but under my relatives name?

Not really... things have to match.

Maybe have them change the utility bill name to your business name? Or even take it over

I'm assuming phone bill would be considered a utility bill?

What exactly do people mean by business license? I have a legit LLC, would this be required a business license if I have EIN, business name, etc?

Google your state and business license to have an idea of what the state business license may look like

If you have an LLC with an EIN I don't think you need a business license.

In the US, a business license is something you need to operate a business on a local level. If you have a LLC created in Nevada and you have a Las Vegas address, you are supposed to get a Las Vegas business license so the city of Las Vegas can bill you for local taxes. If you have a physical retail store you need one to open your doors. Eccomerce online business, then No.

Utility bill :
A non-cell, phone bill, I would say would be a utility bill.
