Question with new ein?

My business partner and I are opening a new Amazon Stealth account, new s-Corp, ein, Etc. however how do you guys do this with taxes? My name has to be on as a shareholder somehow. Does amazon dig that deep? Or as long as the resigsted name, etc are seperate I’m fine? Thank you

You can download the sales and tax form from amazon when you need to and take it to your cpa.

This is what I did and no issues.

Your business tax info would be tied to one if not both of your SSNs. When you apply for an EIN you will be required to provide your SSN. Paying taxes would be no different than any other business and your CPA would easily be able to explain.

Yes I’m aware of that. I guess my question is if I’m opening a new stealth where I cannot be tied to a current account I have open, how will that work? Does amazon dig that deep into shareholders?
