I want to sell items on amazon at a higher price and use amazon as my dropshipper. Is this allowed?
I know for ebay to ebay if you try to enter the tracking number, it wont work. Will it work for amazon if you using amazon to amazon?

Imagine trying to compete against Amazon when you're selling their products. I don't think it would last very long or be very profitable.

There is more to it obviously, you need some kind of software to monitor your margins and you need to ship in a way that doesn't set off red flags and get your accounts throttled or banned.

I'll be selling my own label which has my own brand but the customer thinks my item is better because that's how I marketed it

there is nothing wrong with that,what Ebay does not like is retail arbitrage,you dont have any merchandise but once someone buy from you on EBAY,you place an order on AMZN asking AMZN to ship as a gift to your Ebay buyer.

I've been dropshipping with Amazon for 12 years, there have been many guys in that time on this forum who have hated on this method, because they haven't actually tried it and are jealous.
Dropshipping has enabled me to live in, and travel to many different countries around the world, armed with my laptop, stealth accounts, bank accounts, and that's pretty much it.
Don't hit me up with dropshipping PM's though, i'm too busy!

I currently have an Amazon.com seller account. Would I need to open another account to sell on Amazon.co.uk or Amazon.de?

an arbitrager can play both the merchandise and the currency differential.
