Anyone get funds back after suspension from a teath account?

amazon account was suspened ed 3 months ago, contacted amazon payment department for a transaction to my bank.
it was a steath account.
first email: amazon ask me to provide who run the account, address.
replied to aamzon by providing the info which i used to registered that account.
second email received which said no funds will be transfered, also said no reason can be given.

i have never experienced this before, i could get funds from suspended account in the past.

i am wondering if i can lodge a small court claim? only one thing i worried is the account is steath, all info are steath.

any useful info you can give ?

parallel import

amazon didn't say it's inauthentic, just said brand owner lodge complain for parallel import.

You can't go through small claims court with a stealth account. How much money is in the account? Very unlikely you will ever get it.

Did you provide invoices or a plan of action when your account was suspended? This happened on one of our accounts a few months ago for infringement claims and they asked us those same questions and a few days later we got the money. I am waiting to hear back from another account though.

You have a chance of getting your money back

Within their TOS they can keep funds if they suspect product are inauthentic or you have been involved in fraudulent activity.
