brand new amazon seller account suspended
 

Hi everybody! I am in process of creating few seller accounts. I added vcc, uploaded passport photo, bank statement. Next day acc created but suspended - utility bill. Next I uploaded utility bill, and today I found that it was checked, and nothing happens. Acc is still suspended.
So, I finally created help case and asked to help me.
Question: Should I forget about this acc or there is any other solution to fix this suspension?

Give it time. Things are taking longer on Amazon at the moment.

So just do nothing for some time? Or what I have to do for creation ghost acc?

its actually slower now than it was. Verification is always slow i agree, but there are times that are notably slower than others

It was 2 months ago that it was faster.

Its really random some weeks verification is fast while others its slow when they get backed up.

No harm in just going through the review, it will get reviewed with a little patience

True, but actually this mess had started since the 20th June, and it still goes on till the moment, I've got accounts that still under review since June, I've sent them the bills and kept waiting for a month and half till the Prime ended, later I've sent messages to remind them and received the same automated *hit, later after nearly 2 months they have sent a reply says that they can't read the document as it's illegible, I've made a new scan and sent it to them and again .. my account is still under review, it's a suffer to me since nearly 2 months .

One of the accounts receive an email from them says they are reviewing it now, that was 25 days ago ...
