Registering as an LLC on Amazon... Beneficial Owner?

So I'm using my gf's name for the account and shes registered on my LLC as a secretary. But now that I can see that Amazon wants to know who the Beneficial Owners are, what do I do?

I could put a variation of my name as my actual name will get me linked...

Or...

Should I list her on the company as a shareholder and put her down as an Owner on Amazon to keep my name completely out of it?

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Just want to state name in itself will not link if everything else is unique. My stealth account uses my real name.

The thing is, I don’t have a driving license, only a passport. And Amazon already has my passport number in their system. I’m guessing that that would be a way that they could link me.
