You can update the credit card and bank the same way you add a card/bank to paypal if you're familiar with eBay

Mismatching info will go through as long as the card/bank have not been used before

Info should match the stealth info on the shop

You should ask the seller you bought your account from.

You can replace Credit card with VCC from a seller in the market place.

Bank account can be changed no problem
