Amazon holding a reserve

Does anyone know if its possible to stop Amazon from holding your money for 7-14 days and get it quicker? I figure there really is no other options but please let me know

I think the only option is having access to the very old "grandfathered" accounts pre-2010ish or 11ish I think...
