Post Utility Bill issues

• How often do Amazon employees adhere to internal rules for reviewing submitted documents ? Could there be such a situation that if a document visually looks high-quality it will be accepted and the account reinstated?

• What to do in situations where a person registers a company in the United States, but is physically located in another country. That is, the IP, ISP, bound charge method corresponds to the country of residence, but the Utility bill will be for a company in the USA. The account in this case is also registered with the company. As far as I know, there are many situations when real documents do not pass verification. Can you give any advice in this case?

• Is there any utility bill verification system? If so, which one? Should employees adhere to it or can in some cases deviate from it? If so, in which? What is checked in the document?

• How is the verification of the documents provided during registration? Are they being verified by a robot or by a real person?

• Can I verify documents by fax?

Any help is highly appreciated!
