my credit card is not accepted!
 

I had an amazon seller account long time ago, but I never worked on it. last week I log in to the account I found ir suspended.
i contacted amazon and they have reactivated it for me.

i added a credit card, but I see this msg every time I try to add a product. (Problem with your Seller Account

You’re currently unable to add or edit listings because either the credit card on file is invalid or the credit card is in the process of validating, which could take up to 24 hours. Please ensure that you have a valid credit card uploaded in Account Settings.

i waited for a week and i still see the msg. it's a MasterCard but I don't have money on it

I don't have money on it*** That is your problem. If there's no money on it, it would be 'Invalid' to amazon.

thank you so much, how much money should I add to it for verification? and should i delete it and try to add it again?

I'm not using this credit card anymore, but i want to add it to my amazon account

A credit card does not have to have a positive balance,it has to be valid,unless MA is different?
why not ask the cc issuer?
has it expired?

This is such BS. The only way that Amazon can check if a card is valid or not is by doing a small test charge.


MA means Morocco. As I explained already you need a balance on the card for Amazon to accept it; $1 should be enough.
