Your account is at risk of deactivation

ODR of 1.82%. I have 2 feedbacks total, a 1 star and a 5 star.

The 1 star was from an irate customer who bought an item I marked as shipped then refunded as I did not have in stock. I have no stock nor sales on this account and was planning on keeping it as a back up.

1) What options do I have to save this account?

2) If I have multiple 5 star feedbacks added will it save the account?

3) How long before I get an email from SP that my account is suspended?

4) Maybe I could list 36 $3.99 items, and buy them all on my buyer account, this should bring my total orders to 101 orders with 1 defect order so my ODR would be 0.99%. Would this work?

5) If amaozn suspends me for ODR, would a POA reinstate the account, even though my ODR is still at %1.82?

6) Im considering finding out the contact details of the 1 star feedback and calling them on the phone and asking if they would remove. If the cx removes, would it resolve my ODR?

7) Advice?

Pretty sure I found the buyers FB.

Think I should contact them?

It happened to me ,if you have few feedback they should not suspend ,1.82 is still on limit. I had even just 2 negative feedback with 7,8 ratio and it was still fine
but don't take another:)

I gave the customer a $40 concession on top of what they were already refunded and a 5 paragraph apology asking at the end to remove the feedback.

I hope they do.

I have a total of 2 feedbacks on the account. one five star and a single one star.

The ODR limit is 1%. Mine is 1.82%. This is beyond the limit. I hope my $40 bribe will encourage the cx to remove it.

You could wait 60 days and not sell anything at all in order to not risk getting any negative feedback at all. It will come off of your dashboard after the 60 days period, or just lower your prices and try to increase your order volume.
