Without relying on others such as relatives or a hired person, what options do I have to address the 24 hour minimum response time required for buyer messages?
I would like to spend a large portion next year travelling, such as hiking and spending large portions of times in areas with little or no cell coverage so I will not be able to check every 24 hours.
Is there any sort of vacation type options or loopholes I can get around this 24 hour requirements (and still sell products)? (im all FBA)

Is not account health related. I have messages sit sometime days before responding. However customers dont understand you are emailing a 3rd party and they expect an answer within hours. They will leave neg feedback if you dont respond overnight lol.

some are not buyers, they are just inquiring,so if he does not respond, they will just move on and buy from someone else.
It is those who have bought from him,he does not want to ignore them

@ agent006140 - You made 4 useless posts in the space of 1 hour on this one single thread. Not a single post has answered the OP's question.
Op - Try using the auto reply on your email and see if it does the trick.

There's an agency you can hire to do the work for you.
Automated repliers tend to be kinda risky. If you're making enough to cover say a small salary / subscription, they are out there. I was once looking into this.

Ive come up with 2 solutions:
1) Hire someone to reply to emails, example $1 per email response or something. Instead of paying them $X per hr to check my email every day, I can have emails forwarded to them or something along those lines and if they receive one they can then reply to it (somehow). Maybe give them access to my gmail account to do this? I dont know. I def dont want them logging in to my seller account. To much to jeaporize here.
2) Auto responder of some sort.

anyone who cares about his business should not have to ask on a free forum how to run his business, imagine if he runs a brick and mortar store and he goes fishing leaving the store unattended ?
a parakeet is good ,or a cockatoo but more expensive but loud.
You wanna comment more ?

| That is the beauty of running your business online and using FBA (Fulfilment, in case you're unaware), you're not confined to a single location.

i AM aware he is running FBA and wish to travel into wilderness and not wanting to get paid help or relative to take care of AMZN buyer emails.
This is a free forum, you are aware ,I can post or not post,if it bothers you ,then block me.
I OFFER constructive suggestions,a parakeet is great idea since he has no inventory and a virtual store,a virtual parakeet going around pecking/picking virtual goods is a great suggestion,OH,I AM SUCH A GENIUS,I WILL NOW LOG OFF AND REWARD MY SELF WITH A BIG JUICY ANGUS STEAK FOR LUNCH,JOIN ME,IT IS VIRTUAL OF COURSE
