Amazon Holding Funds
 

Hey, has anyone else tried to appeal their funds hold lately? My seller account was suspended four+ months ago and Amazon states on the payment page that they are "permanently holding funds" under their "anti-counterfeiting policies". I have never counterfeited anything.

Amazon declined my first appeal, requested more info, I replied back with the info, and they acknowledged they received it. It's been well over a month and they have not emailed me back with a conclusion. Is anyone else having this problem where they just never email back?

Once funds are held for counterfeiting reasons, the money is practically gone.

Whatever you were selling, if you are legitimately selling them you can ask the brand owners to give you proof to give to amazon.
