Amazon Prime Registration VPN no OTP code

Hello,

I created a VPN and tried to created an Amazon buyer prime account. I am noticing I am not getting the OTP code sent to my email when I request it as part of the sign up process. Can anyone relate to this issue or know what is causing it? Do I need to register prime from a residential IP address?

Maybe you could try using a private Ip.

but many here claim that the Ipburger is a good VPN.

Havent tried it personally though
