Amazon cannot verify my documentation
 

I registered yesterday to Amazon.com as a seller, sent my Passport scan as needed and "Currencies Direct" bank statement. Today I got mail from Amazon, saying that they were unable to verify the documents I provided.
Nothing explained so I cannot understand what was wrong.

Can someone help with this?

Scan your documents in high quality and download again.

First, the documents are checked by the robot, if something is wrong - Amazon employees begin checking.

You could fall on a tired employee and he rejected your documents, and today you will find yourself on another employee in a good mood.

Same here, with 3 documents, though they are confirmed to be working, they have take over 24 hours ( generally they verify papers in 12 to 6 hours ) and then I've received that message.

There's something new happening with Amazon, it started first with utility bills, as they have started to delay the messages before they transfer them to seller performance ( now they don't transfer them at all ), later they started ignoring the messages sent to jeff's email, few days ago they started also to block any buyer accounts that have billing address on credit card different than the card's country of issue, and now this !!

It's clear they are trying to block any new sellers and even trying to reduce buyers, this has started since middle of June.

This is an issue tons of people are experiencing

You can find people complaining on the amazon discussion boards that they are failing verification with their real information

We are experiencing about 10% pass rates on stealth shops

increased security for Q4 should hopefully pass after the new year

I have a couple of friends who uploaded their original documents and they failed...
It's obnoxious.

I'd say try uploading them again but this time re-scan them.

If still a no go after 3 times, I'd call them up

this is all with luck, so stealth info and real info no big difference now.

How do you call them? There is no direct number to seller support. They deal directly by email now. Unless you have a current number you've been using.

Could you PM that number?

Knowing Amazon, they will ask you for your DNA Sample... register it in their database.

I think your country may be banned or blacklisted, For e.g. my whole country is blacklisted

That's because of the Accounts Bazzar which Ukrainian stealth accounts makers have made of Amazon seller accounts that based in Ukraine as a location, they have really turned it into a mess, both Russia and Ukraine are semi-flagged on Amazon for this reason.

Thats similar to what the Chinese sellers are doing by mass making seller shops using the same information and changing only the photo.

Probably the cause of increased security/verification issues

So true, and that's why it became very hard to create accounts from countries like Ukraine, Russia, Romania, Poland and generally Eastern Europe.

Anyway, I've got an update, I could pass the verification few hours ago for the first time since a week, but looks like the VCCs seller has removed the card few days after he sold it to me, Amazon was unable to recharge the card and after 3 tries the trigger has been on and I've been asked for the bill, unfortunately I have faced this issue with this guy several times, he sells here on the forum, looks like I will start looking for a replacement.

However, it would be good if also other members can confirm if things returned to the previous situation.

I also working with them since about 2 weeks to get access to sell a brand on Amazon. I was verified a couple of years ago and now the same again.

However this time the first email was that they can't verify the supplier! What the hell i purchase them from the Manufacturer. Really stupid system. And it is from United States
