When i want to sell something today, it prompt the below message

Few years ago i have sold in amazon but it did not have any problem. But today i want to sell item in amazon again, it prompt the below message, what's wrong of this ?? It is suspended ? or just email to them to reactivation is ok ?

Sounds like it was deactivated for non-usage.
Doesn't look like you have any option but to email them.

I'd say email them and ask to reactivate, let us know how long it takes them to reply back though.

So far they have been slower to reply or do something

Possibly a Pro store that was downgraded to individual due to unpaid fees, then probably deactivated due to negative balance

Contacting amazon support should get you back up and running
