S-Corp on seller account
 

If I form an S-Corp with its address using my CPA's address and update my Amazon legal entity to said S-Corp with my CPA's address do you suspect this to cause conflicts? Could other sellers have used this CPA address in the past which could potentially "link" my account to others or risk suspension?

I’d use an address that you have control over.
Even better a mailing box that has its own address.

addresses are finite and people move around all the time

the odds of you having an issue with either address is slim

you'll need to be linked in more ways than just address to have issues

A certain Guru teaches to setup an LLC in Wyoming with a certain firm who has an address thousands have used (per them) and per another group, a few hundred have been suspended.

For some reason, people are being linked, suspended or denied registration verification and the address link is most likely it.

In order to make sure you're safe, and using an .address you can control, just add something in the second address like. (Suite 1, Bldg 5, STE 6), you get the point. I've done this countless times in the past for eBay and Amazon. .
