Reimbursing lost or unreturned FBA inventory
 
Anyone have any experience using https://www.sellerinvestigators.com/? They open cases for not refunded returns, lost items, FBA items not returned, etc. and take a 25% cut. You give them limited access to your account and they do all the work.

I really want to try em out but im worried it could trigger a suspension/account review of some sort. Some say them opening up so many cases can trigger something or giving them access to do this could trigger some sort of TOS. Anyone try them before?

I've had people have limited access to the account before (companies and employees) never had an issue.

That website sounds like its a group of Italian mobsters who chase down Amazon and harass them for you.

Then you have to think too.. these people are trying to instill fear until they get paid. They are using you account to get the funds, so basically your account is not portrayed in a good way at all, remember how much power Amazon has on it.

Steer away buddy and never look back, I would never give any breathing creature access to an account.

Contact Amazon yourself and when all fails, try to escalate to higher departments and get on the phone with them every single day until they get tired of you and solve your problem.

They will eventually have to talk to you, they can't ignore your messages for ever!

How much is your lost inventory worth?

You also have to consider the value of my time, this is time consuming and my time is better spent running my business to make more money than hours through spreadsheets looking for discrepancies.
