Amazon Unique Listing with Same ASIN

Hello Guys,

I found one listing that is only one in the Amazon US market but when im taking from this listing ASIN number and try to list the same item, it shows me more than 29 Competitors. How it can be? How is this seller doing this?

1 Asin typically has multiple sellers selling it... it's kinda normal.
