I need a fresh IP in a particular state. I wanted to know if fresh IP's are really fresh and if I can get one in a particular state (VA). I'm going to buy from IP burger. Thanks.

You definitely need to contact IPBurger VPN support directly https://secure.ipburger.com/support
I'm not so sure if they're offering geolocation specific IPs. Best is to contact them :thumb:
