Can you have more than 1 seller with the same name selling on Amazon?

I thought of a name for Amazon FBA in UK but there is a seller on Amazon USA with the same name - can I open Amazon FBA UK with that same name if its in a different country?

I plan on trade marking the name if possible because its a totally different sector to the Amazon USA seller

But what if my Amazon FBA name is different but I use the same name via private label on the product which is different to the other seller, could that work?Don't want to spend money on buying goods then doing private label to find out only after it can’t be done

The product is unique to me the name I thought of for the product is same as the Amazon USA seller name, I’m talking about the name of the product not the seller name
