depends what the issue is, but yes you can. Most cases are not solved with one appeal, they take a couple of back and forth communications. But are solved with the correct approach

Yes there's still a chance. But amazon is becoming even harder since 5 months ago
with appeals.

You really need to know what you're doing. Multiple failed appeals would lead to perm ban.

You can still try to appeal and submit more information but if you already got denied once, your chances are very low a 2nd time

NEVER SAY I am the best,I dont get suspended because I sell so little and I do not dropship.
you may want to review your business model ,time is better spent finding something worthwhile to sell .

It doesn't matter if you sell little and not dropship,On Amazn you can get suspended for any reason even doing nothing
