IP complaints
 

If I delete a product from my seller central inventory (that I no longer sell nor have in stock), does this exempt me from any potential future IP claims or invoice requests against it?

Or, because I at one point have sold or had it in my inventory, I could be liable against IP or invoice requests, etc, indefinitely?

Example, I delete ASIN: 12345678 from my inventory. One year later Amazon asks for invoice for ASIN: 12345678 (which I no longer have in inventory)

Yes once removed you cant be liable for that

Amazon may take that in consideration for my experience but depends ,by many factors , different cases

From my understanding IP complaints are done manually by others. A company may review a listing, see other sellers with offers on the listing, then make IP complaints manually against these sellers.

If you have no active inventory on the listing, then an IP complaint cant be initiated against you. Maybe these IP complaints were made when your listing was active and was simply "logged" against your account behind the scenes.
