eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Need assistance with competing Amazon account

I am the only authorized distributor in the country for a specific and very well known brand. A former employee, despite his contract, suddenly quit and began engaging in competing business via Amazon. He lied to the manufacturer, claiming to still work for me, to procure orders. Now, the manufacturer has asked that I find some way to have his listings removed and/or Amazon account closed. So what I need is someone to assist and consult with such an endeavor. I'm willing to pay a couple thousand for such a person.

@OP, you should get legal assistance for this rather than pay large amounts for non-credentialed action

You have no idea what you're talking about, just an opinion. There are lawyers involved. Trust me, you're very wrong. I didn't come here for business advice.

I suppose I should have added the competing account was created by a "kid." Twenty-one years old; obviously no money. He did it thinking he could make a lot of money quick. So while there are lawyers involved, and he was sent a cease and desist that he completely ignored, I've lost 30-40k so far that I'll never be able to recover from him. The quickest remedy is this.

It's really simple. I need someone to help. I don't care about opinions or thoughts.

The immediate problem is that the former employee is causing substantial losses. It takes time to obtain injunctive orders and file suit. Meanwhile, we're seeing drops in some products from $110k each month to $61k. Obviously some products sell better than others, and this former employee breached confidentiality and began competing with specifically those products.

To answer another poster's question: the manufacturer cannot get too involved personally because of proprietary information that must remain confidential. The former employee is using information to sell products, that if publicly known, would be detrimental to the manufacturer. That's all I can say.

tinsoldier: I apologize for being short earlier. I'm trying to protect proprietary information of a billion dollar international company and simultaneously protect my own company and employees.
