No cannot be sold on either platform, too easy for customers to be scammed.

You will need your own site unfortunately.

you can sold on some platform you just need google it, some platform for the designer to sell their design, but not amazon.

also with your own website,you can ask for non electronic payments,altho some would not buy from you,but then you dont get INR,UA or chargeback

digital can be sold on a page , then you get btc but must create an user and so on,
