Amazon suspended after 8 years does anyone know...
 

So it is my fault for not checking the trademark but got suspended for a brand that is barely known and a design in which I sold one piece of....I wanted know if anyone has heard of success with people behind the scenes who re-open account for money? Thanks.

Unauthorized suspension is very very difficult to counter.
But if they give you a chance to appeal, make sure that you write them back that you didn't know about the company and you will not even attempt at selling that product again.

If its a first time mistake over an 8 year old shop I think you have a good chance of reinstatement with a well worded POA and apology / reason you won't be doing it again

bloody hell ive seen someone with 171 ip claims get their account back. it depends on the initial e-mail they sent you and any follow up e-mails if you pm or post them here i can tell you what to do i have had a LOT of issues in this area.

Hi, do you have any suggestions for this. 5 year old account was suspended. has about 15 IP violations

Not true, I've paid thousands years ago to get this done, multiple times. Still have contacts that can do it, but only if they deem it safe (they review your account before telling you they will take the job).

No, I'm not offering to link anyone to them so please don't pm me, I don't want to get banned on this forum, just wanted to clarify they are out there.
