Amazon UK Pro account. Card?

Can a real name debit card be used to open UK amz account with f****ke amz account? or only VCC should be used?
I searched the forum but got mixed replies. Would appreciate if some pro could confirm?

yes best to use your own debit/credit card you can also purchase from marketplace if you dont like to use your own card

Real cards are much more solid to use than gift cards / VCCs

Thanks fro reply. Debit cards is exactly what I like to use :)
But that means amazon cant get your real name from the card when you provide it to them for Pro account subscribtion fees? Hope that's the case.

No they cant see the name, most of debit cards works fine :yar:

Yes thats correct, you can use your own card on seller account

The database they acccess to verify the cards do not have names of the cardholder.
This is one reason why some stores ask to see your driver licence or any ID card with photo
